So, we went outside and dug up the old daylilies from one part of our house, and pulled them apart and spread them around a new part of the house. As I covered the root balls, I imagined them sprouting in the spring. Then I realized that despite everything, there is still hope for the future rooted deep in my heart.

There are no heroes in our country.
There are no statesmen.
There are no champions of liberty and freedom.
There may be folks who share the ideals of liberty and freedom but they lack the integrity to champion that cause.

While I anticipated a few laughs at the expense of left wingers who live among us, this was not the ticket. Besides being disjointed and not funny, it was crude beyond the limit.
Please don’t waste your time watching it. I have this urge to watch Mr. Smith goes to Washington so that I can counter balance the offenses with pure patriotism and courage.
So, since the pundents’ immediate reaction was that Palen and Biden both did well and nobody won the debate, my conclusion is that Sarah won and they just don’t want to say it.
Now, can McCain become more like Sarah and help pull this out?
