Our first phone calls from Tyler, every 8 to 10 days is always in the middle of the night. This week he called at 2:00am and we talked until 3:30am. We are getting use to it and now if I do not receive a call in the early morning, I worry that something has happened to him and his squad.

Mark called us a couple of times and he is in the USA today, Dec. 2, 2006.

Starbucks! At least that's a plus. :-)

I love the shirt! I think it looks quite nice . . . and somehow I think his boys may confiscate it from him once it gets back here to the states.

Mark called us a couple of times early in the morning (here), late in the afternoon there. He was really chipper, but I don't know if any of us made sense. It didn't really matter, but it was funny later, when I couldn't hardly even remember what we talked about for a good 20 minutes or so! However, just connecting your voices and hearts is the main thing. I'm glad you guys were able to talk so much, especially since Fran wasn't even with his usual "camp family."

Gee, for a minute there I was a little confused...it actually looked as if you were on vacation! You are all in our daily thoughts and prayers and I pray for your continued blessings, however small they may be each day. :)

You mean to tell me you aren't always coherent at 5:30 am? You aren't alone there. I'm glad you have the opportunity to talk together on the phone.
Nice shirt, a bit different than the normal gear over there I dare say.
